
Details of the Service
Microsoft has updated its service policy. As a result, NIDA needs to limit Microsoft 365 services to the @stu.nida.ac.th account. From February 1st, 2024, onwards, the storage space limit on OneDrive will be reduced to 30 GB.
All students and alumnus must move or delete the data from OneDrive to meet the quota limit of 30 GB by January 31st, 2024
- Current students can access Microsoft 365 by using NetID (@stu.nida.ac.th). The storage limit is 30 GB. Students must check and organize the data on OneDrive to meet the quota limit by January 31st, 2024

- Graduates not more than 2 years must check and organize the data on OneDrive to meet the quota limit by January 31st, 2024.
- For those who graduate more than 2 years, you must move the data out of OneDrive before June 1st, 2024, because your Microsoft 365 account will be terminated.

Q & A
Q: Storage usage checked, not over quota.
A: Do nothing.
Q: Can alumnus access Microsoft 365?
A: According to IDT announcement, alumnus will be able to access Microsoft 365 within 2 years of graduation. After that, the account will be terminated.
Q: Login Microsoft 365 but no service displayed.
A: From this April onwards, accounts with over quota of OneDrive storage will be temporarily disabled. Apply a request form to enable the account temporarily for organizing OneDrive usage.
Q: When the account was terminated, will the data be lost?
A: The data on Microsoft 365 which includes OneDrive, Email and SharePoint will be deleted and cannot be restored.
