Details of the Service

  • The access request must be made by filling out the ‘Request to Access the Main Information System from Outside the Institute’ form at https://idtform.nida.ac.th The request must be endorsed by the department head and submitted to the office through the e-doc system.
  • Upon approval, the office will notify the requester of the details via the registered email.
